Terms & Conditions

Art. 1: Preliminary provisions.

The following general conditions apply to all contracts concluded by us unless it is expressly provided otherwise in the agreement. In case of discrepancy with the purchase terms of the customer, our general and special conditions prevail, unless we purchase conditions have been accepted in writing.
The terms and conditions shall not apply to offers and price lists, unless expressly stated in the offer or price list.

Art. 2: Orders.

An order is only accepted and considered as valid if the acceptance is made in writing by us.
A revocation order, or cancellation of a written order accepted by the customer, shall automatically and without notice be obligatory for payment by the customer of a fixed compensation of 25% of the sales value of the order.

Art. 3: Supplies.

3a. Delivery is made for customers with customer number at the expense and responsibility of the customer. Also in free supply. Cargo insurance is offered on wishes from door to door.

3b. Delivery to new customers or clients without account number shall be made exclusively in advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3c. Each specified delivery period is approached and only indicative. Exceeding the notified delivery can never be a reason for setting aside the order or give the right to any compensation.

3d. Partial deliveries or staggered deliveries are allowed. Partial delivery may not lead to denial of payment for the goods already delivered.

3e. Complaints regarding our deliveries must be reported in writing within seven calendar days from date of delivery. Complaints made after this time will not be considered.

Art. 4: Payment.

4a. All invoices for goods and / or services are directly payable upon delivery without deduction of payment costs. In the event of late payment is a fixed compensation by the customer to 25% of the net invoice amount, with a minimum of € 25.00. The unpaid invoice shall be increased by an interest rate of 12% for each full or partial month of delay, calculated from the invoice date until the date of effective payment without giving notice to that effect being required.

4b. It does not expressly require the aforementioned fees and interest does not waiver from our side.

4c. In case of default, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any further deliveries.

4d. Complaints regarding billing serve us within eight calendar days of receipt of the invoice to be reported in writing. Complaints made after this time will not be considered.

Art. 5: Pricing.

5a. When billing the conditions applicable to the delivery date valid prices, which are determined on the basis of careful calculation.
We undertake no obligation to report price changes in the context of economic developments or whatsoever written for delivery.

5b. Shipping costs are based on estimates of weight and carried at cost (packaging, handling and shipping). We reserve the right for any additional shipping costs incurred in the estimation are not equipped to pass on to the customer.

Art. 6: Ownership.

All goods, materials remain property of the seller until the accounts and / or the fees have been fully paid by the customer. The purchaser recognizes this ownership, and will therefore discard in no case of these goods and / or materials nor any commercial privilege objections.

Art. 7: Changes.

We reserve the right at all times to modify the terms and conditions. Existing and accepted orders are the terms and conditions applicable at the time of order. On subsequent orders and modified orders will the modified terms and conditions apply unless expressly deviation.

Art. 8: Applicability

Should specific articles or provisions are inapplicable, the validity of the other articles and provisions of the terms and conditions under the agreement will not be affected.

Art. 9: Returns

Articles may be returned if undamaged. The shipping costs for the buyer. Products that are customized like, cut cardboard, on demand music rolls can not be returned.
Returns from music rolls will always be charged at 15% from the productprice in case of returning.
Downloadable products such as midi files and software can not be returned after download.
